We all have anxiety. Few however, know how to give it leadership resulting in anxiety controlling their thoughts, their behaviours.
I talk at events, in schools and colleges, and in companies to share the techniques learned through thousands of clinical hours as an anxiety therapist.
Whether the audience is 10 or 200, I relish the opportunity to help people develop a new relationship with anxiety and grow their own mental strength leading to greater mental resilience, confidence, creativity and productivity.

What I say is based around what works for your audience. I will work with you to identify where I can add greatest value. This may be a top level review of how the mind works, or a focused learning of techniques to reduce stress. Two speeches are rarely the same.
My delivery style is very interactive as I believe the best learning is through experience. There will always be an invitation for audience participation. Where relevant workshops can also be conducted to provide more time for two-way interaction and team work.
